Fascinated lifelong by fantasy and myth, Angela is a writer, playwright, and lyricist whose plays include BETWEEN THE WISH AND THE LIFE, AGGRO, MISSING THE COMET, and THE BETRAYALS OF WOMEN, as well as contributing lyrics and dialogue to the musical ANGRY ANNIE: AN ORPHAN’S REVENGE.

Angela's critically acclaimed works of published fiction include The Bridge, Falada, Dancing Days, and the short story collection The Betrayals of Women and Other Stories. She served as the Performing Arts columnist for About.com (now LiveAbout/DotDash) for over four years, publishing dozens of features on stage lighting and tech, set design, stage management, props, stage makeup, writing, directing, and more, and her other features and columns have appeared in Writer's Digest, Women's Enterprise, The Fandomentals, Markee, Media Inc., eHow, and beyond.
